LETICIA ORTIZ DE URBINA, CALPARSORO
I was born in San Sebastián, the Basque country in Spain. There, I took my first steps drawing and painting with José Antonio Sistiaga in the “Academia de los jueves” (Thursdays’ academy). Once I was in Madrid, I acquired my Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts at the Complutense University. I define myself as an artist that is always willing to learn new techniques, who also has a pictorial language with which I can adjust to my own vital cycle.
